AR LOOKUP - ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE LOOKUP
This unique feature incorporated with
Direct Link allows you to display and view certain aspects of your account.
For those accounts with multiple locations and stores, you must be logged into
the main account in order to
properly access and view this screen.
Look at FIG 23 above. Most of it is self-explanatory.
Note you can view your account aging and account balance.
Other cool features include the search functions for invoices, payments and all
transactions. These can be used
to located and print lost invoices, figure out what was on a particular
invoice/P.O., find payment dates, view
and print invoices, statements and more.
