INTERCHANGE or CROSS-REFERENCE DATABASE

    This section will guide you through part number interchanges and cross-referencing. Refer to FIG 6 with the sample
part number 36-7127 entered from the NEW ORDER page.

Located below the Inventory Search Results line is a box designated DISPLAY ALTERNATES. Click here and your
screen will look like FIG 10 below.

     Listed are the "alternate" or cross-reference numbers of the unit or part number that was entered.
It is basically an expanded version of FIG 6 with each warehouse listed along with the cross-referenced numbers and
availability at each location. Here you can select which part number you want by entering it in the quantity to order column.
Insure that if you change to a cross-referenced number  that  you zero out the original number.  At this time it is not an
automatic function. When you are satisfied you have selected properly, click on ADD TO ORDER and it will take you to
the ORDER REVIEW page and you can proceed from there, or if you were just looking for price and availability, click
on DIFFERENT PARTS and it will take you back to the NEW ORDER page.
