QC Bearing - The next step in bearing evolution

The most innovative and highest quality bearing on the planet has a name: its QC. The team bringing it to you consists of 13,000 people. 2 academicians as senior consultants, 8 PhD's, 30 with master's degrees, as well as 1,500 graduates, 100 senior managers, and 259 managers. That's alot of thought put into this new "evolution" of bearing. And it paid off! GM approached QC bearing company asking them to use their resources and to work with Shell engineers to develop the ultimate synthetic grease for automotive bearings. The concept was that if an engine will run three times as long on synthetic oil than on regular oil, then so would a bearing. The concept was right. Romaine Electric's engineer said he was very impressed with the results of his testing and that we needed to stock this product line. We sent the bearings to an OEM rebuilder who installed it on an alternator and ran it for three weeks solid, under load with temperature variations, as a stress and time test. The QC bearing passed this rigorous test with flying colors. If you call your current supplier of bearings and ask for the measured quality of their bearings, by international standards, they will likely answer the question with a grade of ABEC1 or less. An ABEC is a measure of a bearings tolerance. The higher the number the better the tolerance. ABEC7 is the FAA requirement for aircraft PMA approved bearings. A 6203 bearing of this quality would cost roughly $24, while an ABEC9 would run about $62 a bearing. However, production volumes on the ABEC5's are at a level that allows us to offer them at a price comparable to what most of the current bearings on the market run. We arent the only ones convinced that QC is the wave of the future. QC is now an OEM supplier of bearings to GM, Ford, Audi, Fiat, and Toyota, among others. Call Romaine today and try out this bearing. Just give it the finger test and you will make the switch to QC. At a cost roughly the same as your current bearings you can reduce the number of warranties due to bearing failure and offer your customers the same type of quality that we are offering to you!
