  We invest a lot of time and money into Research and Development,

  pricing standards.

	 When we import product to sell to our customers our #1 
  concern is quality. Each product we import goes through a thorough 
  and intensive scrutinization process before we will stock that 
  product. Many of our competitors go overseas and just discuss 
  price and let you, the Rebuilders, be their quality control 
  department. We don’t want to sell you junk so we have a team of 
  quality experts to prevent future problems to you. It leads to 
  higher overhead which leads to slightly higher pricing but we 
  feel, and hope you do to, that the minimal extra cost is worth 
  the reduction in future costs due to warranty issues and loss 
  of repeat business due to unsatisfied customers.

	 Romaine is an industry leader in quality. If we don’t 
  like a current product we will have it re-developed and re-tooled 
  until it meets our satisfaction. The Snip Drives are a perfect 
  example of this. We felt the product line that was available 
  wasn’t sufficient so we re-developed it and feel our exclusive 
  design is by far the best quality drive available on the market. 
  So much so that we guarantee it with a top-of-the-line warranty.

	 The QC Bearing is another high quality item that 
  we have put to the test and introduced into our product line. 
  This is a supreme quality bearing and we are able to offer it 
  to you at a price comparable to what is currently out on the 
  market. We are constantly re-developing parts in our efforts to 
  assure that the quality of the industry doesn’t deteriorate any 
  further.

	 In closing, we would just like to reiterate that we 
  understand that Romaine may charge a slightly higher price on 
  some of our import product, but we feel that in the end the 
  higher quality will be worth it to our customers, and we sure 
  hope that includes you!
